I’m Kloe! Baker, sales person, barista, accountant, cleaner, social media accounts manager… you get the picture! Harbours is a one woman show that I run alongside being a single mum to my 6 year old daughter, yeah, Its hard work.

Rewind 8 years and I experimented with vegetarianism, I always hated eating meat but never felt I could leave it behind, until I just gave it a go and realized how easy it really is. Fast forward 6 years and after I had my daughter, I realised the cruelty didn’t end with just eating animals, but it extended to taking their milk and eggs, so we went vegan.

I’m a massive foodie with a huge sweet tooth and I struggled finding cakes and chocolate that scratched that itch so, I decided to try making the things I wanted instead and… Harbours was born! I started sharing my love of vegan food, sweet treats and convenient lunches with others at market stalls and in 2025 I opened my first shop front Bakery and the future looks green and bright (and very, very pink!).
